I have purchased 3 Explorers from Royal Oak Ford. They have always been there for me with any vehicle concerns. George my service advisor has always been honest in the repairs for my 2006 Explorer. I only trust Royal Oak Ford and of course George to repair my vehicle. I’m bringing my vehicle in Dec. 11th to have it checked for all repairs needed and an estimate. It will cost me a lot but, my brother wants to pay for the repairs. Just have to let you know that this 2006 Eddie Bauer edition Explorer has been a remarkable vehicle. Thank you Ford for making such a fine vehicle. More

I can not say enough good things about Royal Oak Ford and their personal. Everyone there is a rock star. Mark Lange is the manager of used cars sales and Darius Glover (the salesman we worked with.) were v their personal. Everyone there is a rock star. They both listen to our needs and went out of their way to make sure we were very happy & satisfied with our purchase. Mark Lange, as a sales manager went far beyond his duties and I want to give him a BIG THANK YOU! I would recommend Royal Oak ford to anyone I know with the confidence that they will also be a satisfied customer. I just can not thank the Royal Oak Ford Team enough. Dont answer the surveys honestly The sales department is great, of course because they want you to spend money on a new car, that is where it ends. Had my first service appointment The sales department is great, of course because they want you to spend money on a new car, that is where it ends. Had my first service appointment months ago, it was a HORRENDOUS experience. It started when I could never getting a response from a service adviser to schedule an appointment. When I got there, I was told I would have to make a second appointment because they didn't have time to fix the molding issue (even though I told them when I booked the appointment), more so when I stopped in 2 days after buying the car about the molding they said, we'll just take care of it at your first service appointment. They will then ask you to fill out a survey, now don't be honest in your survey or they will refuse to service your car. I reluctantly called today to schedule another oil change and guve then a second chance and was told "after reading your review, we don't have any appointments for you". Don't ask for your customers opinion if you refuse to act upon them. More
