Went to buy a used Tundra agreed on numbers. Financed through credit union ,Sent over a financial guarantee with a copy of the check given by the Bank for the truck they received it and I put 1, Financed through credit union ,Sent over a financial guarantee with a copy of the check given by the Bank for the truck they received it and I put 1,000$ Down payment / Deposit via debit card to hold the truck until Tuesday for home delivery. Tuesday comes along and right before vehicle is being delivered the check engine light comes on and shop goes through the shop to see what it is and its for the catalytic converters further inspection shows catalytic converters are aftermarket and poor quality causing check engine light to turn on after a drive cycle. Used car manager was no help told me he could discount 1 thousand off the vehicle if I take it as is. Being a Toyota MDT myself I knew it was going to be way more then that to fix it quote from local dealer shows 3,900$ just in parts alone goes to show how the dealer tries to pull a fast one. Used car manager said nothing they can do its too much of a loss for them and they would like to cancel the deal. Keep in mind insurance was already added .. Loan payment sent / Deposit sent and all the dealer paperwork signed and completed. I explained that if they cancel the loan I would be charged 600$ from the bank due to early termination and insurance would charge me a pro-rated amount since it was already added to the policy as required by dealer prior to taking delivery of vehicle. The dealer did not care I am taking expenses at their mistake did not even offer to show other trucks.. Their deposit was returned but it was 35$ less then the actual deposit made because I paid with a card? even though it was their mistakes..? Working for a Toyota dealership over 14 Years as a Master diagnostic technician for Toyota I've always bought Toyota because I believe in the company always makes things right for their consumers but clearly not in Toyota of North Miami they dont care. Its amazing how not even the service department covered THEIR mistake and split the bill with the used car department because all their vehicles go through the service shop for inspection on the used cars..? clearly it was not inspected properly because aftermarket catalytic converters look much more different then aftermarket ones. Now mistakes could happen anywhere but its up to the Toyota dealership to make it right. That's what separates Toyota dealerships to buy-here pay here that prays on consumers. long story short 1) lost out on the specific package truck I wanted. 2) Lost out on 2.5 hours drive to see the truck 3) Lost out 600$ on canceling a loan that was already approved/signed ( Purchase agreement ). 4) Lost out on 35$ on my "refundable" deposit 5)Same service's as a buy-here pay-here dealership in Hialeah. Just imagine if I would of opted to take possession of the vehicle on Sunday/Monday and the check engine light would of turned on the way home. Would of been a "Bought as is" scenario and I would of been SOL. All this was done as the sale's man as the middle man never was able to speak to the used car manager. sales man did a great job nothing bad to say about him until he had to break the news that they are canceling the deal after that did not get a reply back once I asked to talk to the used car manager about the fees I inquired due to them canceling the deal and if they would reimburse the loss on my end due to their failure to inspect a vehicle correctly. Best deal for my best options!!! I would first like to say, that when I walked onto the lot, there was a salesman ready to help me. When I told him that I was looking for Joseph Provi I would first like to say, that when I walked onto the lot, there was a salesman ready to help me. When I told him that I was looking for Joseph Province, ( he is the father of my daughters best friend in school ) he immediately called him ( it was his day off ), the salesman told me Joseph was on his way in to help me and he directed me to a sitting area and offered me some water while I waited for Joseph. I was impressed with how this salesman was so acomadating and did not push to make the sale his own.... when Joseph arrived, he swiftly helped me find the vehicle I was looking for and although I wanted to lease the vehicle, I ended up purchasing it, to make a long story short.... even though I have shortened the story, I know that the end result was the exact vehicle with more options in it than I expected. I'm grateful for such a positive experience and will definitely return for further business at Toyota of North MIAMI! !! In fact I have already recommended 3 people to you dealership.... due to my positive experience More

Worst Dealer in Florida My experience with this dealer was definitely the worst ever experienced when buying a car. It is well known that in the search for the perfect car, o My experience with this dealer was definitely the worst ever experienced when buying a car. It is well known that in the search for the perfect car, one undergoes a great deal of stress due to choosing the correct type that matches with the price. The key to success throughout this adventure is for the buyer to find a dealer that is trustworthy, patient and friendly in order to make the search better. When I went to Toyota of North Miami seeking the help of professionals to buy a car, they lied, disrespected me and stressed me in such a way that I decided to write this review and recommend to everyone to look for alternatives when buying a car. When I found a special price online I decided to go to the dealership immediately in order to purchase the car that I wanted. As soon as I arrived with the special price found online, the salesman made a face of disgust and began telling my husband and I that the price shown did not have included other fees. Since we were already there, and had driven a long way, we decided to go on with the purchase. When the time came to sit with the financial specialist, nothing was explained regarding the contract, we were asked to sign the documents that after hours of debate and negotiation, we decided to finally sign in order to finally go home. When giving the down payment for the car, my card was charged twice the amount without any explanation or authorization on my part. When a home, we reviewed the contract, we saw that the finance rate was totally wrong and had nothing to do with what we had agreed on. The next day I went to the dealer, I let them know that this problem had occurred; no one however was allowed to help me except a specific financial specialist who at the time was not present and for whom I had to wait for a period of four hours. When I let them know that I was wrongly charged twice, Kori, the dealer manager told us that they had noticed the transaction was charged twice, but that they had instantly issued a refund into my account. I have not yet received this refund, I have asked the dealership to please give me a receipt for this transaction and they seem to have none available. All they state is that the refund, due to holidays that passed is still processing and can take up to 10 days. Please be advised that the dealer did change the finance rate, however I had to go through a lot in order to be attended in a courteous and professional matter. Please try to find a dealership that respects and treats you with professionalism instead of choosing this dealer that cares very little about their customer’s satisfaction and cares of nothing more than to rob their customers. More

There was no high pressure sales manager, no inept sales person. We worked with Michael Diaz throughout the process, and he was friendly, courteous, and seemed really interested in getting us the car we wanted - not just selling what was on hand. Harry and Fouad were great at explaining the financing options, and the paperwork process with Mark was quick and efficient. We will definitely be going back when we're ready to trade-in or buy another vehicle, and we'll definitely recommend TNM to anyone looking for a Toyota or Scion. More
