Mark Conrad was our salesman and was fabulous! He made us feel right at home. This is our third vehicle purchased from Bob Bell in Bel Air and it will not be our last! They used to be a good all around dealership. The service shop in particular. At a certified dealership the mechanics should be second to none. What you will get is your vehicle being misdiagnosed and payin shop in particular. At a certified dealership the mechanics should be second to none. What you will get is your vehicle being misdiagnosed and paying for the diagnostic and the cost of fixing something that is not wrong. Leaving paying a high bill without getting your car fixed. If you try to contact them they will downright lie to you hang up on you or not call you back. Remember if you buy a vehicle from this dealership you will have to deal with their service department in the future. More

Run away! Ok, I purchased two used vehicles from this dealership. The second one was terrible and the dealer did not want to own-up to the problems. I spent hours and many days at the service area trying to resolve the original problem with the car when I purchased it. The internal mechanic that does the inspections missed the leaking oil, so I had to return to have that problem fixed - after purchase. I trusted the dealer to sell a good car in good working order. I was wrong. Went back to the dealership again because it was still leaking oil, only this time it was leaking on the exhaust manifold and smoke entered the cabin area - health hazard and it was missed by the inspection - the dealer only gave a partial discount on the repairs....but hold on...this should have been completely covered and caught during the inspection. Honestly, they just wanted to earn a profit - buyer beware! Take your business elsewhere. More

Great groop of employes at all levels. Bought a 2017 Duramax and just bought a 2012 Equinox Mark Conrad could not have been nicer no pressure very helpful and knowledgeable. Mark was a pleasure to work with. Had the bulk of the deal complete before we got to the dealership. Once we arrived we test drive the vehicle came back, did the final negotiation and was able to leave deal complete before we got to the dealership. After 17 years with my 1996 Chevy 1500 WT Pickup, 5 speed manual (the last of the "stock" manual transmissions), it was time for a new truck. Our salesman, Mark Conrad - a 13 year Bob Bell employee - speed manual (the last of the "stock" manual transmissions), it was time for a new truck. Our salesman, Mark Conrad - a 13 year Bob Bell employee - showed us the 2014 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab 4x4 and we went for a test drive. WOW! You really don't know the "feel" of a new truck until you had an old one for 17 years! The quiet interior, beefed up suspension and towing package, and the options, make this truck something to look at. My wife advised me to look at the 2013's for a fair comparison. Mark said he had a 2013 in stock with the same color style as the one I test drove and it had the Vortec engine that I liked in my old truck (1996 was the year GM introduced the Vortec). After a little dickering with my trade in price for the 1996 truck and the "walk to the manager's office", we agreed on the 2013's rebate offer and the fair trade-in value. The money we saved allowed me to get options installed on the new 2013 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab and still walked away with savings in my pocket. I enjoyed talking with Mark Conrad. He answered all of my questions, educated me on the new 2013's features and gave us a good comparison between the 2014 and 2013 models. He lent me a new Chevy Cruz for a day while the service department installed my option package. The truck was ready for pick up at the exact time Mark said it would. I can't give a rating on the Service Department but my wife never had any problems with her 2007 Malibu serviced at Bob Bell. This makes our fourth vehicle bought at Bob Bell in our lifetime and we are very satisfied with our choices. Mark Conrad is a professional salesman and family man, who never pressured us into buying a vehicle. He made this "Baby Boomer" very happy with the 2013 Silverado. Thanks! More
