They did nothing to compensate time lost from car when it had multiple exhaust type problems. Never had a loaner, and for time without car didn't even off a few oil changes for a car I bought less than 6 mo had multiple exhaust type problems. My experience at Auffenberg is always pleasant. Everyone is personable and make sure that they get you in and out in a timely manner.
