I reside in Gnadenhutten and I am a lifelong resident of Tuscarawas county. I am married to my wonderful wife, Stephanie and have been blessed with two children, Matt and Kelli. When not at work, I enjoy gardening and detailing our cars. I am an avid high school sports fan as I am the clock operator for football and basketball at Indian Valley High School. Blamed I was charged $108 dollars for a rep to tell me nothing about what the problem was or how to get it fixed. I was blamed for the problem. Said I did not have an oil change in over 7k miles. I had it done by valvoline less than 3k miles ago. I will not go back to the service department again because they charged me $140 to put 2 new valve stems in my tires. Very dissatisfied with service. More

Dirty Powerstroke Mark was reasonable to work with. With that being said, I called the night before he answered my questions on the truck and told him I would be there Mark was reasonable to work with. With that being said, I called the night before he answered my questions on the truck and told him I would be there at open the next morning. We show up in the am and had to wait 25 minutes for them to even find the truck keys. Then I watched as they carried out two jump boxes to jump both batteries (this jump was never mentioned to me). I looked over the truck took it for a test drive and figured I’d make an offer. With my offer I wanted a fuel tank, car washed inside and out, and to look at the batteries at the shop. This was all agreed on. My wife even pointed out to him the sticky pop like residue on the interior of the truck and asked it to be just wiped up. Pull the truck over to the shop. The mechanic came out and started checking the batteries, he then proceeded to tell me they were three years old, had been through some rough winters and needed replaced. We drove quite a way to see this truck and I wasn’t risking having to jump it on the way home. Told him we wanted the batteries and the salesman fought me tooth and nail and refused to put them in even told me to go up to the royal king and buy some new. Add $250 to the total price later... and I had my batteries. So we go in and I hand over all the cash sign title and wait for the “wash” and batteries to be done. They pull the truck around hand me the keys and I got to jump in but quickly notice the truck still has all the same dirt spots all over it. I point it out to our sales rep and was told “their car wash has been broken since yesterday” and he didn’t know it still wasn’t fixed. No apology or voucher for the local car wash. Soooo I guess I’m driving home a dirty truck. Get on the road notice all the pop marks and dirt on the floor wasn’t even touched. So again I was lied to and they didn’t even wipe it down for me. Honestly felt pretty disrespected as I didn’t feel like a simple wipe down on and out was asking a lot. Besides that the mechanics were wonderful, kind, honest and polite. The customer services was lacking once the cash was handed over. Walked away with a nice new dirty truck 😒 More

They always greet me with excitement and are happy to see me when I come in. I feel like a part of the Ford family when I’m there. My loyalty to Ford is because of the people who work there and treat me with exceptional customer service every time. Each visit I grow closer to the staff because of their genuine care and interest in me not only as a customer but as a person. They are honest with me regarding my service needs and keep my vehicle safe and on the road. They ask about my family, life progress, and anything new/exciting since my last visit while I’m waiting for work to get done! I’m probably already considering my next new vehicle from them just because of the family feel and trust I have developed with the team at Parkway! More
