Giving one star because couldn't rate lower than that... Went there yesterday to return my 2018 Q5 and starting a new lease but, beside they offered me outrageous rates for the new lease, they wanted to cha Went there yesterday to return my 2018 Q5 and starting a new lease but, beside they offered me outrageous rates for the new lease, they wanted to charge me $1600 for a few minor scratches on the rear and front bumpers and for the tires that were still in acceptable conditions. Went to Audi West Palm instead, they didn't even look at my car and they gave me the lease of a 2021 Q5 Premium plus for much lower monthly payment and a rdicolous down payment. Very happy with the deal I got at Audi West Palm and never again to Audi Pembroke Pines!!!! More

I have leased//purchased 4 Audi's from this dealership (and have had 5 total). Normally service is great here, and I am pleased with sales and service. However, I have never had any major service issu (and have had 5 total). Normally service is great here, and I am pleased with sales and service. However, I have never had any major service issues with any of my cars. Now, when something breaks, completely different story!!! I have a 2019 S4 leased brand new, and it has been one issue after another, with the Audi Presence warnings continue to happen every day, and continual lane departure warnings, even with no car in front of me. I have brought the car back MANY times, and still not resolved. I've literally driven off the lot, and the light has come back on. I now have a ticket in with Audi North America, and I have sent multiple pictures, and video to Audi Pembroke pines, all to no avail. Now my texts, and calls are just completely ignored, and I am still stuck with a broken car. Even, the sales rep I deal with for the previous 4 cars, is now not returning calls. Moral of the story. Audi is great when it works, when it doesn't, heaven help you!! You're stuck with a LEMON, until you can either get something done, and//or trade the lemon (at your own cost) and go get another car. Next one will definitely NOT BE AN AUDI!!!! More

Great service and follow up. Came in to look at a car, saw another one that just arrived. Next day Digno call me with all the info, I was just about to buy a differ and follow up. Came in to look at a car, saw another one that just arrived. Next day Digno call me with all the info, I was just about to buy a different car and he saved me from buying a lesser Q7. The entire staff at PP Audi were super helpful and accommodating. They took care of my new car as the hurricane passed through So FL. I went to different dealerships in my search and going into Pines Audi was a genuine pleasure. Thanks you More
