This dealership is under construction but they go out of their way to make you feel at home. We dealt with the sales person, finance person and a few days later we dealt with the service team as we had the their way to make you feel at home. We dealt with the sales person, finance person and a few days later we dealt with the service team as we had the windows tinted. They are a great all around team. Mark Brown, our sales person has been in touch numerous times over the first weeks asking us how everything was going and if we had any questions or concerns to call or text hom. My husband and I have been wanting to purchase a Lexus for quite sometime. We finally went to Lexus of Sarasota and met with sales person, Mark Brown. Mark took his time with and showed us the different for quite sometime. We finally went to Lexus of Sarasota and met with sales person, Mark Brown. Mark took his time with and showed us the different options. We ultimately chose a vehicle and took it for a test drive. The car was everything we had hoped for and more. It was such a pleasure to work with Mark, he is professional, knowledgeable, and a delight. Mark made this such an easy purchase with absolutely no high pressure sale.
