I am in sells and service my self and Milton was great he didn't try to up sell me he knew what truck was right for me he treated me like a customer. I had a bad experience with a sales man at another compan didn't try to up sell me he knew what truck was right for me he treated me like a customer. I had a bad experience with a sales man at another company who was trying to have me sign stuff without even getting a price yet and was just making me mad. As this was happening I texted Milton " I'm on my way I want you to sell me a truck" and that's exactly what happened once I pulled up they had keys ready for me to test drive within minutes. Milton told me and my father to take it around the block and behold we ran out of Gas on the test drive. Even though being on the side of the highway for like 15 minutes I still bought the truck. I took my vehicle in for a sample oil change which end up costing me $400. Whenever I arrive the sales advisor Asked me what I like visual inspection I said no he said we’ll do it anyway. There was nothing w costing me $400. Whenever I arrive the sales advisor Asked me what I like visual inspection I said no he said we’ll do it anyway. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I take my car there all the time this particular time the report he came back said that I had a blown tire rod granite. I just drove the car there. It wasn’t shaking or making noise. I declined it fixed because there was nothing wrong with my car. I had just drove it back from Branson, Missouri and I was just getting an oil change to make a trip to Dallas Texas someone there maliciously temperate with my vehicle. I took it back the next day. They gave me a discount because they knew that they were shady and not a lot at 600 bucks. I wind up paying 400 for labor and parts. Why would you give me a discount if you didn’t do anything wrong? They’re trying to make money up there, don’t leave your car there or they’ll make money off you. I’m very disappointed because I thought they were respectable people. It’s just a money game to them. Ken Burger Was my sales advisor he’s trash and he’s crooked. I’ll never bring my car there again and I’m telling everybody at work don’t go there. More
