I asked the service guy a question about the price because I asked what price would be before I came. He acted as though he was angry with me. He showed me a handwritten sign on the wall that I never because I asked what price would be before I came. He acted as though he was angry with me. He showed me a handwritten sign on the wall that I never saw before that time. When I first arrived there I had dropped my key in my purse and couldn’t find it immediately. When I found it he was o where to be found and I didn’t know where to look for him. He could have told me I will be over here when you find it. When I found him he said just leave it in the cup holder in the car and go over there to the left waiting area where the door is open. Customer service has gone out the window with your place of business. Your business was once very busy and thriving but it was so slow. You used to tell me I should do this or that with my car but I didn’t get any suggestions. Maybe I’ve had my car too long but I don’t think that is the problem. As it stands now I don’t even want to buy another Nissan because that is terrible service I look forward to receiving. I gave you two stars because you did change my oil, I hope. Trust is gone. More

Ken is obviously a draw for your dealership in professionalism and attention to details!! I’ve now purchased 3 ARMADAS and happy with all of them, a 2008, then 2011 and drove it til got the 2020…. professionalism and attention to details!! The 2020 now is proving to be challenging to say the least!?!? Three items that can only be referred to as defective with NO IMPACT CONTACT REASONS for repair?!?
