My salesperson, Mark Berger, was the most friendly and efficient car dealership representative I have ever dealt with. I knew my lease was ending in a couple of months, so i stopped by just to collect inf efficient car dealership representative I have ever dealt with. Mark Berger was terrific to work with. Friendly, efficient, and responsive. I'm very no-nonsense when it comes to buying a car, and he worked with me on my terms to get me into a Subaru Forester efficient, and responsive. I'm very no-nonsense when it comes to buying a car, and he worked with me on my terms to get me into a Subaru Forester Limited with as little fuss and wasted time as possible. Very accessible for questions and follows up with everything. In fact, everyone I spoke to during this process was been helpful and efficient, and at no time did I feel like anyone was attempting to lie to me or take advantage of me. Not like other dealerships in the area, one of whom sold me a car and then told me I would have to pay extra for the key after I'd written the check. I would happily go back to Mark Berger and Flatirons Subaru for my next vehicle purchase. More

Haven’t had the best experience with salesmen in the past. As a younger woman I frequently feel intimidated and like I have to go in “fighting for my rights” when buying a car; I honestly put off buying past. As a younger woman I frequently feel intimidated and like I have to go in “fighting for my rights” when buying a car; I honestly put off buying a new car for nearly a year due to a bad experience with a pushy Subaru salesman in Cleveland. Mark was totally different. He’s not the type to throw a bunch of information on savings your way and make you feel like you need to make an immediate decision. Very calm and patient and honest about the car’s history and potential flaws. The car was slightly used and had a small scratch that Mark offered we could have painted over. He gave me a great/honest deal with my trade-in and listened to me when I spoke of its value. I honestly couldn’t have been happier with the transparency of the entire sales experience. I’ll have to return in the future. More
