This Dealership is by far the worst Ford dealer to do business with. Tried to charge us an extra $ 20,000.00 for inventory adjustment didn't inform us of charge until they want us to sign for vehicle pa business with. Tried to charge us an extra $ 20,000.00 for inventory adjustment didn't inform us of charge until they want us to sign for vehicle payment. We walked out Sales guys then followed us out and fast talked a sale that you can special order Auto it will be in a couple weeks from now cause we are Ford's big Sale's order team we take priority due to our volume. Total Lies!!!!!! Order vehicle and took 18 Months to get. Then it comes with out all the parts! Was told parts will be in in a week or two another total Lie!!!! Waited two more month's still not in , Called parts said we got part went to get part Oh no we don't have your part! What a bunch of disorganized employee's, They could care less! You would think that if you waited that long on your auto and it came in with out all the parts on it the dealer would be on top of problem ASAP. not these guys they have no customer appreciation at all. This place is the worst I have ever dealt with. Think they would all fail a lie detector test!!!! More

The service department did a great job taking care of me and my car. Our communication was was excellent and the skilled technician did a masterful job. I also order some parts while my vehicle was in for s and my car. Our communication was was excellent and the skilled technician did a masterful job. Devin is a 5 star salesman Overall great experience. Just wish they didn’t push the car car package and extended warrenty package so hard. The second sales manager was more courteous and answered and explained reasonings instead of just saying no. We appreciated that. Our salesman, Devin, was exceptional. More
