We first chatted with Meagan once we arrived since we inquired about our GMC A the staff at David Scott Lee Buick GMC located in Crestview, Florida. We first chatted with Meagan once we arrived since we inquired about our GMC Acadia online. She quickly grabbed Caleb and we were off to the races! Once bringing the vehicle to us from across Hwy 85, Caleb started showing us all the bells and whistles it had and exactly how reliable this new vehicle could be for us. Every question we asked was answered quickly and knowledgeable from him. After spending a couple hours discussing prices, discounts, warranties, and trade-in values, we reached an agreement to purchase our first brand new vehicle since 1997! Caleb and the finance team went to work trying to find the best possible price, and interest rate they could on our behalf. Once the preliminary paperwork was signed we quickly transitioned to Jennifer Smith's office to go over credit score, interest rate %, warranty packages available, and how much enjoyment and use we would get out of our new Acadia AT4! This was the easiest and most relaxing experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle period. Hands down the best experience ever. Caleb may be young, but he handled us today like a Pro!
