Salesman Michael Land was very helpful in the sale of the Lyriq! Mike was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the EV! He made sure I understood the basics: MyCadillac app download and setup; OnStar setup, a Lyriq! Mike was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the EV! Mike has not hassled me about providing a review about his services which is a HUGE plus! My wife purchased a Lincoln two years ago and all the sales guy talked about was receiving a 5 Star rating….jeeze! Plaza Cadillac doesn’t have a pressure buyers as their service is outstanding!! Also, Mark the Finance Manager and Mark the Parts Manager were both outstanding!!! Their knowledge and advice is paying off significantly!!! Thanks again Plaza Cadillac!!
