AS I WAS WALKING TO THE CUSTOMER WAITING AREA, I RECEIVED A TEXT ASKING IF I NEEDED ANYTHING WHILE I WAS WAITING TO TEXT TO MY SERVICE WRITER (FOREST).. I WAS WITHIN SHOUTING DISTANCE IF ANYTHING, BUT APPRECIATED THE TEXT.. THE SERVICE I REQUIRED TOOK A LITTLE TIME AS IT WAS THE 15,000 MILE SERVICE, AND FOREST HAD CHECKED ON ME A COUPLE TIMES TO MAKE SURE ALL WAS WELL...
