Purchased an XC40 from Bob Chitwood, only to realize that I required a larger XC60 for my needs. Bob and his team did everything they could to make an atypical situation smooth and agreeable. Absolutely the best car buying experience EVER! Prior to my recent purchase, I had never so much as stepped foot in a Volvo. The images I had of them were not at all what we discovered when we first set our eyes on these amazing vehicles. They are beautiful and hi tec. The Dean Team truly went way above the call of duty with answering our (mostly my ) many questions, being super patient with us and and taking tons of time with during this process. From Joe the sales rep to Grant, the business guru to, last but certainly not least, Karl the manager. They all worked as a "team" and when we wrapped up our deal, we really felt liked we gained a fantastic SUV but, just as importantly, 3 teriffic friends and super professional folks we can rely on in the future. Our daughters now both have new Dean Team Volvo's in their garages as well and we will all be using the dealership for all future service needs. Hello? Anyone out there...? (((Echo Echo Echo))) My wife and I have visited this dealership twice in the last few months. We went out of our way to request tests drives ahead of time on both occasions. No one is willing to give us a test drive or even greet us on the sales floor. Dean Team appears to be in the business of selling cars, but looks can be deceiving. This may actually be a gigantic urinal. More
