I drive 45 min through 202 construction just to come here,so I like the place!I only dealt with Melissa when I dropped the car and got a call back for what needed attention. You should give them the abi here,so I like the place!I only dealt with Melissa when I dropped the car and got a call back for what needed attention. You should give them the ability to adjust prices on some things. I was told I needed 1 marker bulb. That bulb is 4 dollar retail replace bulb is 2 min job. She said approximately 60 bucks to replace a bulb. No way! I said to her you gotta do better then 58 and then tax. I picked up a bulb,asked for my car and did it myself. 4 dollars 2 minutes...wouldn't you want the salesman to get something. Anything for a bulb. And probably cost you buck half. If Melissa would have said fine we can do it for half I would have said yes. Some people for sure would pay but if ypu have a customer saying truth, black and white then she shoukd have gotten something not just say well we can't stick an inspection sticker on till it's replaced. Should have tried to get something. Now the guy's I delt with. I probably took few bucks off the guy who worked on my car. Or the guy that cashed me out. They were very respectful,understanding,empathetic, and allowed me to change a bulb that was as easy as one you woukd change in your house. Some things customers can do on their own. So you might want to look at pricing on certain things or allow your associates to get the almighty dollar, even if it means discounting some times. Tires,brakes,tuneup all make sense to pay for work. But a light bulb that is pop hood. Turn holder. Pull bulb. Replace bulb push and turn holder check work. That's how long it took. Explain 60 bucks to me please. Do you not want me to come back. Come on! More
