I liked the sale process at Liberty Honda. It doesn’t make you feel like they’re simply trying to take your money. I didn’t think the salesman was trying to rip me off which is rare for most c It doesn’t make you feel like they’re simply trying to take your money. I didn’t think the salesman was trying to rip me off which is rare for most car dealerships, and I truly believe the way they do business is clean. (Though they really push for the protection plans bumper-to-bumper they sell) even though you statistically don’t need them 95% of the time. Shout out to Tom Waldeck for doing a great job at finding me the car I wanted. Keep at it Gibbeh! More

Customer Service was great, but they sold me a car that's no good! It has had issues since the 3rd day of receiving it. My sales rep was helpful when issues first arose. One of the service employees w that's no good! It has had issues since the 3rd day of receiving it. My sales rep was helpful when issues first arose. One of the service employees was extremely rude and yelling at me, despite the fact I expressed my discontentment with the vehicle without raising my voice. The manager intervened and he was good with taking care of the issue; however, once my car was with the service department I received no updates, unless I called. More
