My day didn't begin the way I wanted it but the sales team at Burlington Chevrolet was able to do what General Mortors and Chevrolet could not do. I was able to replace my 2925 Silverado EV LT with a 202 team at Burlington Chevrolet was able to do what General Mortors and Chevrolet could not do. I was able to replace my 2925 Silverado EV LT with a 2025 Silverado High Country. More

Run as fast and far away from this Service department as you can. After 10 years of stellar customer service, the performance of this department has gone down markedly. If you have an appointment, don't exp you can. After 10 years of stellar customer service, the performance of this department has gone down markedly. If you have an appointment, don't expect your car to be serviced that day or get a call with an update. It will be there for several days without explanation or warning. You will have to call them repeatedly and leave messages before you finally get a response. Forget about an offer of a loaner if it is going to be there over a weekend without prior knowledge or agreement. If you are a one family car, you are out of luck. Forget about the shuttle service as well. They will bring you home but forget to pick you up at the agreed upon time. When you finally do get back to pick up your car, no explanation or apologizes for being a no show. If you do decide to test your luck, always ask for Nicole. She's great! More
