Took our 2020 Passport in for usual maintenance, and a static issue. Terrell listened to my concerns about my vehicle, and wrote it up on the work order. I called back several hours later with a minor static issue. Terrell listened to my concerns about my vehicle, and wrote it up on the work order. I called back several hours later with a minor issue, and it was taken care of when I pick up the vehicle. Everything was explained to me, and in a way I could understand. I always feel welcomed, and my husband feels confident enough to send me there and let me handle the situation knowing were getting the best service possible. Everyone is very respectful and courtesy in the service department. More

My service was excellent from beginning to end. Lamar was patient and accommodating throughout. The finance person was as well. MVP card Apparently an ownership change after buying a car in June 2019. Was given an MVP card with 150 dollars on it. Informed it is no longer valid. New owner would not take it either and blamed old owner. Got a discount on an oil change to compensate. If it wasn’t for Mario in sales I would have never recommended this place and now even his skill can’t overcome the new owner not taking the 150.
