Best experience I have had buying a car I like this place. Mario was my salesman and I could not have had a better experience with the dealership and with him. I was looking for a solid truck for the house and had a budget. I looked all over Fort Worth and this place had four of them. The truck I settled on had a Toolbox on it that I did not want. It was super clean but I hated the toolbox. We settled on the price I wanted to pay with no high pressure sales, they removed the toolbox and made it super easy to pick up. I had a little problem with the seat belt after I purchased it and they went out of their way to fix it with no hassle and no questions. They already had my money and could have said it was my problem to fix as it passed inspection. They did not. They fixed it. I recently purchased a Honda CRV for my wife and the experience was much different. Can't say enough good things about this place but especially Mario. The next truck I buy... I will come back to them. More

He was not pushy in the sale and it actually felt like an old friend was helping me find the truck that was just right for me. I even checked out GrapeVine ford but did not purchase there because FiveStar had better prices/salesman. During the sale my family was in from out of town and the FiveStar finance team made then feel right at home in the dealership. This was seriously the easiest purchase I’ve ever made and I will highly recommend Mario and FiveStar Ford to everyone I know! More

Five Star Ford is fair in their pricing and has a lot of inventory. My only complaint would be the length of time we have had to wait for Finance to come get us from the waiting room. Every experience we have had is that the Finance department really has no sense of urgency. They seem to be doing a lot of personal things while we wait in the waiting room. This has been our experience for all three vehicles with finance. More
