My 2014 Mustang Convertible top no longer functioned. Received an estimate of $2200.00 to fix it. Three days later, heard from the dealership, that "it needed more work than they thought" and it would Received an estimate of $2200.00 to fix it. Three days later, heard from the dealership, that "it needed more work than they thought" and it would now cost $7800 to fix including the $2200 already spent. They would not refund the 2200, insisting I had agreed to the work, so I got my mustang back in the exact same condition for 2200 dollars. I asked to speak to the Service Manager, and of course he was on a "conference call". I spoke to another manager, who assured me he would review the paperwork with Mr. Hernandez and have him call me back. Three days later, no word, so I left a message for Mr. Hernandez. As of the writing of this review, still no call back, and of course, this time, no survey to fill out. My only solace, is I'm comfortable that I will spend far more than $2200 in the years to come, and it will not go to this dealership More

Get rid of Mario as the head of the Service Department. He talks down to customers and makes poor decisions. Don't know where to start. Drop my 2019 F-250 off to get my driver side running board repaired. The gears are grinding and it was going up and down while driving down the road. Vehicle has less than 20,000 my driver side running board repaired. The gears are grinding and it was going up and down while driving down the road. Vehicle has less than 20,000 miles on it so still under factory warranty. Truck was dropped off on a Tuesday hoping to get it back by the weekend. Service department ended up breaking a bolt off in the body while trying to remove the power step. He told me it was going to be a couple of days before they could get it repaired. On that Saturday the porter sideswiped a 2020 white explore with my pick up. Without telling me or my service advisor Danny, they delivered my vehicle to Color Point body shop to get repairs. I called on Monday to find out if I could get my truck back for a trip I had to Utah on Thursday of that week. When my service advisor called over to Color Point body shop they said there's no way we could get all this body work done by Thursday. Danny my service advisor did not understand he said "what body damage”.They sent pictures of my truck sideswiped to Danny. He went to the service manager Mario and said hey there's damage on this truck. Mario The service manager at Ford Country is the one that sent it to the body shop knowing the truck was damaged and try to hide it from not only Danny The service advisor but me. They were going to fix my truck and NEVER tell me that they did it. I don't understand how a Ford Motor Company dealership can operate like this. I've been buying Fords vehicles for over 25 years all over the Vegas valley and never have I've been treated with such disrespect and disregard. Do yourself a favor do not deal with an Acreman dealership. Go to Friendly Ford or Team Ford if you're in the Las Vegas Valley or Henderson. You will be treated fairly and honest from either. I have Purchased from all of them. I am done buying from Gaudin Ford or Ford Country. I'm leaving the dealership now with a sideswipe vehicle. Thanks Ford Country for nothing. PS the step never got repaired either!!!! More

I have to say that this was the best experience buying a vehicle ever in mine or my husband's life. Kevin really had patience and understanding and alot of knowledge about the car and about the sale. Never let Kevin clyde go he is an absolute asset to your company. I also called to ask some questions about my rearview camera and he already took care of it for me with a phone call and an appointment already set for me. I will continue to do business with your company due to the great customer service given to us by Mr Kevin Clyde. I look forward to the next car we will be buying from him in the next few years. More

From the manager in service to Jose service writer. Never met two people that could lie so much this company without a doubt should close. They don't stand behind their work. I had car Shield took it there to get to work done. Three alternators later I finally got it running is carshield sucks. I was told I had two year warranty on the alternator. But I didn't have warranty parts and labor on a water pump. I was so livid being there on Monday if you were standing in front of me when I left I probably would have ran your xxx over. Wish manager and service writer ever. When a service writer came out at the very end when my car pulled up I don't think I've ever dropped so many f-bombs in my life I wonder how they're staying in business Without A Doubt the crappiest Ford dealership I've ever had to deal with. Go back 5 months ago I gave him great reviews I hope lightning strikes because karma is a b****. You want a smog $48 go anywhere in town and get one for less than 20. That's just one example how they like to rip people off. More
