Our sales guy(Mehran) was great! He was open to letting us drive on the freeway to get the car up to highway speeds and see how the car performed, even offered to let us take it home He was open to letting us drive on the freeway to get the car up to highway speeds and see how the car performed, even offered to let us take it home for a day or so. The part that needs improvement is the buying process. They offered this car at 19k online. Then when you get in there, they add typical fees, but a mandatory $2500 warranty packages that changes a bit when you get to the finance portion of the sale. So with TTl your back up to 24K. And they try and make it seem like they are doing you a favor, they’re not. I feel like we slightly overpaid, that’s on me. I called ahead and said we will be there at a certain time and to have the car ready. They had it washed, but not inspected and that took 40 min. Finance dept does their typical games around buying extra warranties and the guy actually tried to sell me a package on the basis that if the engine blew twice it would still cover it. Wait- why would the engine blow twice. Anyways the buying process can be done in 30 min or less. I’ve seen it done in 15 min at a home delivery. We spent 1:45 min in the dealership. Overall the dealership is quiet and just doesn’t seem to have winning vibes. The culture is lacking. People are just sitting around looking like they hate their jobs. For perspective we were there on a Friday afternoon. One of their two busiest days of the week. More

I went there to get my oil change last week. I do recommend to call them before head to get an appointment cause even then, whole thing still took around 3 hours. The check in is fast and the staff is very nice too. After I done with my service, they showed me the list of other services that I need to do soon so I can get it done one by one in the future. I don’t know too much about cars so that is nice to know that in advance so I don’t have to pay everything at once. More
