My experience at Elk Grove Mazda far exceeded my expectations. Marilyn Mamitag is the real deal!! She went above and beyond to ensure my car buying experience was comfortable and pleasant. Her responsive, attentive, and gentle sales skills make her an absolute gem in the car industry. Marilyn listened to my exact specifications and did not pressure me to buy a car that was on their lot. She worked to secure a car that fit my exact needs and took the time to educate me on the ins-and-outs of the car's functions. I spoke with a five other Mazda dealerships who tried to pressure me into purchasing cars that did not fit my specifications. Some sales people at other dealerships tried to use tactic to persuade me that I did not know what I wanted, and they also tried to undermine Elk Grove Mazda in order to earn my business. Roseville Mazda was extremely pushy and said, "There's a sibling rivalry between Roseville Mazda and Elk Grove Mazda. But it's whoever slits the other's throat first to earn your business". That was enough for me to walk away and never recommend Roseville Mazda to anyone. Elk Grove Mazda is the best! My interactions with both Marilyn and Taylor consisted of professionalism, transparency, and understanding of my needs. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience! More
