I believe myself to be a well informed pain in the dealership butt of a customer. In my 30 years of car shopping I have to say besides having to wait for paperwork to be completed which was a bit long dealership butt of a customer. In my 30 years of car shopping I have to say besides having to wait for paperwork to be completed which was a bit longer than I thought was necessary everything else was positive experience. Tyler was my initial contact from internet sales answered all my questions accurately. I went in and he partnered me up with Maricruz my sales person who showed me the vehicle a 2002 GMC Envoy and she was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Tom and Joe are the sales managers which I had talked and dealt with both also very customer satisfaction oriented. I had a few mechanical questions and they gladly had a service advisor and tech explain everything and show me how to do basic things on the vehicle. AJ was an additional service advisor who assisted in informing me to a concern I asked them to look into. Tony was my fiance or deal closer. He wasn't pushy about any add ins and helped me select a reasonable priced extended warranty I was interested in. He explained to me about the coverage and how it worked answered all my questions. He wasn't sure about something and nicely explained that he would get back to me with the answer which he did the following day. This is the first time I have a positive experience at any dealership big or little without any false or misleading sales gimmicks. I'm actually looking forward to going back in 5 or 6 years when I most likely will be looking for my next vehicle. Great buying experience just a little bit more waiting around to finalize the paperwork unfortunately but it's just like waiting in line at the store and the other customers had more questions in front of me is why I experienced the delay which is out of the dealership control. Highly recommend to give them a chance best service I ever received buying a used car. Hopefully you can have just as pleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to anybody! Terrible customer service and even worse sales managers. I was sold a new car and not told of features that came standard. It was nowhere to be found anywhere customer service and even worse sales managers. I was sold a new car and not told of features that came standard. It was nowhere to be found anywhere on the car or in the dealership unless you dig for the info. Sales person was very uniformed and when I voiced my issues I was basically told oh well. Set up a meeting with a sales manger. Called to confirm he was in, went there and was told he didn’t work that day. So they got their money and then dodged me and lied to me!! Absolutely terrible dealership!! On top of that I was told my first oil change was free. When I went to get it all of a sudden it was “used” already. I don’t even know how that works. So I was screwed again. The sales managers should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers the way they did. I honestly hope they lose their jobs one day because I’m sure I’m not the first. So my advice is to stay as far away as possible from this dealership or anything involved with them. More

Great service department and sales personnel I have been bringing my GM cars to Castle for service since Twin Buick went out of business. I used to live closer to Twin so I bought my Pontiac G6 I have been bringing my GM cars to Castle for service since Twin Buick went out of business. I used to live closer to Twin so I bought my Pontiac G6 there new, but they closed the dealership a few months afterwards. I brought my Pontiac to Castle and they serviced it for about 10 years before I traded it in on my new Buick Lacrosse. With their help I got over 140,000 miles on the Pontiac. I hope to get 200,000 on my Buick with their continued help. More
