I had a very positive review on the sales process and my sales people that I dealt with the day I bought my car on Friday, June 7th, 2024. I was convinced that it was a good idea to get the wrap or protect sales people that I dealt with the day I bought my car on Friday, June 7th, 2024. I was convinced that it was a good idea to get the wrap or protective coating which I paid for on June 7th. I got a full hood. That day, June 7th, the girl who did the scheduling for that procedure was out, so I was told I would have to wait until Monday, June 10th for her to call me back and get me on the schedule. I was also told they were 3 weeks out on June 7th. I didn't get a call from her on June 10th, nor any other day that week of June 7th. I kept being told day after day that she would call me, but she didn't. I went to the car dealership Friday, June 21st, to pick up my car (I didn't want to take it home until I had an appointment for the wrap) and I still couldn't get an appointment, plus I was told they were a month out. The girl who did the scheduling wasn't there that day either. Today is 6/18/24 and I still do not have an appointment for the wrap that I paid for. I don't want to drive my car without that wrap and now I am doubting the quality of the whole process of the wrap. I am very unhappy with this part of the whole thing. More

Mariah Zillmer is a true professional! She knows her inventory; she knows the trim packages. Best of all, she listens! We test drove two Outbacks, and she was so very patient with us as we debated which trim package we wanted. We had a great experience throughout the entire process. Lily helped us even when we ended up in the overflow lot, no realizing it, and allowed us to sit in many vehicles to help us know what we might want Lily helped us even when we ended up in the overflow lot, no realizing it, and allowed us to sit in many vehicles to help us know what we might want. She was so patient, kind and friendly as was all the staff we worked with. Mariah and Michael helped us at the actual lot when we arrived for our appointment and both did a great job answering our questions and helping us to pick the right vehicle for us. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicles as well. I would definitely come back for future purchases. More
