I’m not happy with what happened to my truck. I drove 90 minutes to this dealership to look at a Jeep Wrangler. I was supposed to meet with Carlos but he was playing hooky. Bailey was great, she listened to what I wanted and was very accommodating. The price was great on the Jeep compared to other dealerships I had looked at (Which is why I drove the distance). I brought my 2 Huskies with me to approve of the purchase, Bailey and the other dealership staff were very welcoming. :) The purchasing process was mostly painless (except for the hard sell on the extended warranty) but once we got the payment amount and down payment dialed in the finance part went quickly. It would have been quicker if I had started the process online but overall it was a positive experience. This is not your typical dealership nightmare. I was not trading in the car I came in, and being new to the area I didn't have anyone to drive the second vehicle home. Getting the car home was a bit of a challenge since they told me they could not deliver it like some of the other dealerships do. When I returned two days later to pick up the Jeep I noticed there was an issue with the power mirrors not working. They said they didn't have the time to check it out while I was there (even though I just paid for an expensive 90 minute ride to get there). They provided me with a very nice Jeep Cherokee as a loaner. The very next morning they called to say they fixed the issue and I could come back again to pick it up. The service was quick, I just wish they would have taken care of it while I was there instead of all the back n forth driving. As I mentioned, overall it was a positive experience. Everyone is very friendly from the sales, to finance, to service dept. I am still happy with my purchase and I would still recommend this dealership because it was an easy going and relaxed environment with zero to minimal pressure. As for Carlos, I did meet him on my second return trip. He was very helpful and friendly. He gave me a wine tasting gift box and once I discovered the issue with the mirrors he worked quickly to find a solution while facilitating communication with the manager and the service department.
