It was a very pleasant visit that day with Robert when we were looking at the BMW X1 for our daughter Dominique. What we liked the most about him is that he did not pressure us in purchasing the car that same day. He respected our decision to go home and to give us enough time to really absorb and evaluate on what we wanted to do.The next day, we purchased the car. Why? Robert was great, deal was good and we had enough time to think about it. We've dealt with a few dealers in the past and it was like a Zoo out there. They pressure you so much that you never even wanted to be there. With Robert's help and Mr. Russ in the financial deparment who's also very patient and helpful it was a smooth sailing transaction experience for our family that day. I came in for my plates decided to ho for the free car wash waited an hour to be handed the same dirty car. On top of everything I have to walk into service and inquire about my car. And I look at the service people and they look back at me like I have 10 different heads on. Door jammers all wet, the inside smudged all the windows. Complete waste if my time your so called free car washes. ON THE OTHER HAND THE ONLY PERSON THAT CARED WAS ORVILLE. More
