Oil change was faster than I had anticipated, the staff were friendly and helpfull. Last week, I took my wife's car in for an oil change at a different dealers was faster than I had anticipated, the staff were friendly and helpfull. Last week, I took my wife's car in for an oil change at a different dealership and they vacuumed the floorboards, washed the car and cleaned the windows inside and out. I guess Ford doesn't do that. More

Wait was longer than usual I took my Fusion in for the typical oil change and servicing and to fix a recall issue. I dropped it off at 8:15am and didn't leave until 2:30pm (they I took my Fusion in for the typical oil change and servicing and to fix a recall issue. I dropped it off at 8:15am and didn't leave until 2:30pm (they said it would take 2-2.5 hours). They did offer to give me a free car wash to make up for the wait. The service was done right, but they need to work on wait times. More

13 days too long to finish repair, unnecessary diagnosis. Repairing a rear wheel, replace an A/C dial seems too long. My SUV was towed in on 4/21 but it took until 5/4 to get it back. Excluding 5 days for g Repairing a rear wheel, replace an A/C dial seems too long. My SUV was towed in on 4/21 but it took until 5/4 to get it back. Excluding 5 days for getting a part shipped in from the mainland, it took 8 days to complete the job. I also requested the sunroof to be SEALED because it wasn't being used and had been sealed previously elsewhere but was leaking and rusting under the opening, but instead an unauthorized inspection leading to a $3000 estimate to replace the sunroof was completely performed and billed. I asked for sealing, not diagnosis that cost $160. I could have sealed it myself but wanted it done professionally and permanently. I paid it just to get my car back out of frustration. I specifically ordered a resealing of the sunroof but the mechanic went beyond his instructions. Please adjust my bill and credit my account. More

2015 Fiesta was broken down on the road. No engine power. It was happen on Saturday morning, the engine power suddenly gone. Called towing and the phone receiver advised me about an hour to towing is arrive. It was happen on Saturday morning, the engine power suddenly gone. Called towing and the phone receiver advised me about an hour to towing is arrive. But it was about 15 min. and I was a happy. At the Honolulu Ford, I had to leave my car to following week, due to Engine Technician is not working on week-end. I thought got a bad deal because to repair took 10 days. However, Fey was treating me very nice and concerned my situation, and I got a rental car. And after my car was fixed, Ford cleaned my car and shine, I am very happy now. Honolulu Ford did a good job. Thank you Fey! More

Im very pleased with the service of my vehicle I brought in my vehicle for a few minor things that needed attention and the customer service was excellent and I was very pleased with the completion I brought in my vehicle for a few minor things that needed attention and the customer service was excellent and I was very pleased with the completion of the tech side as well. Its been a while since I've had a car from a dealership but I will have to say Honolulu Ford is a place I will speak highly of and recommend. More

Fey did an excellent job in helping us service the truck. The transmission light was on the dashboard.
