I was a new Quick Lane user in for my first service since buying my Mustang. I didn’t know where to go, got in the wrong lane, jumped ahead of another car awaiting entry, and generally created a fuss because buying my Mustang. I didn’t know where to go, got in the wrong lane, jumped ahead of another car awaiting entry, and generally created a fuss because I couldn’t understand the service agent’s question. I am VA rated profoundly deaf. Your service agents might notice the hard-of-hearing with all white hair. Nevertheless, I got in, was service, and happy with my first Coconut Point Quick Lane service. Your Receptionist was very helpful.. Thank you. More
