If you want poor, subpar service, this is NOT the place for you. I do not often write reviews, but I needed to share how phenomenal my experience was here at Lilliston Ford. I reached out to Lilliston F for you. I do not often write reviews, but I needed to share how phenomenal my experience was here at Lilliston Ford. I reached out to Lilliston Ford inquiring about getting the infamous Cam Phaser rattle fixed on my 2019 Ford F-150, and I was put in touch with the Service Manager, Maria Marchina, the VERY SAME DAY. Knowing this was a larger service job, I anticipated that it may take some time before they were able to get me in the shop (which would be understandable). But guess what? Maria asked, "How soon can you get it here? Would you like us to send a driver to pick it up and drop off a loaner?" At this point, I'm ecstatic with the communications, timeliness, and attention to my service request. But the elation doesn't stop there, we're just getting started. I bring in my vehicle (again, this is literally the day after I inquired), and am greeted by the owners, Stacey and Jeff Lillistion, as well as Maria. We chatted for quite some time and it was like talking with family. At this point, we brought my truck around, and started talking about the issue in detail, notes were being taken, and information obtained. Time to hand over the keys. But wait, what's this? They ask what kind of loaner vehicle I'd like to drive out of there in. A pleasant surprise to both 1.) get a loaner and 2.) have flexibility in what I wanted to select. Let me add in here that I dropped it off on the Memorial Day holiday weekend, so again, I'm understandably expecting to hear that the truck will be out of commission for quite some time. So when they tell me, "Alright, you're all set. It'll be ready on Thursday" of the same week, I couldn't believe it. While my truck was in the shop, I received daily updates from my Service Advisor, Danny, who was knowledgeable, personable, and up-front with all communication. He provided me with videos and pictures of the work being done (huge peace of mind for me), and answered all of my questions and requests diligently. Shout out to the technician, Anthony, for is savvy and know-how to get the job done right. Thursday rolls around and what do you know? I get a call from Lilliston that my truck is ready for pickup. Again, I'm met with exceptional customer care over the phone, "Do you need us to pick you up, drop off the truck, how can we make this easier for you...?". I show up to exchange the loaner for my truck. I got a full rundown from Maria and Danny. Come to find out, Lilliston also took care of additional service items while under the hood, including an active recall, and an AC issue. The price was UNTOUCHABLE compared to other service centers in the area for the work I had done. Believe me when I tell you, I left Lilliston Ford with a better truck than I brought in, at a more than fair and transparent price. And to boot, my daily livelihood was unimpacted through the whole experience. Bottom line, do yourself a favor and don't get service done anywhere else but Lilliston Ford if you value your time, money, and vehicle. More

From the valet service, the maintenance on my Bronco sport, including bringing it back, I was kept informed and updated on progress. There was even a video of the mechanic checking brakes and tires, rep sport, including bringing it back, I was kept informed and updated on progress. They also did a car wash, cleaned and vacuumed the interior. All the individuals I dealt with were professional and kind. Enrique led the whole experience and I was extremely satisfied.
