I was surprised when Maria remembered me. She remembered what I was looking for, my financial situation, and even a movie we talked about the last time. She was transparent about all the fees and payment options, yet I did not feel like she was forcing the sale, which is something I can't say about the other dealerships I dealt with during my search. I walked out with a new car and a great car-buying experience the very same day. After speaking with Theresa and then a few other dealerships, it was clear to me that Theresa and Nutley Kia is a different type of dealership. Even though I wasn’t ready to buy a car when I spoke t dealerships, it was clear to me that Theresa and Nutley Kia is a different type of dealership. Even though I wasn’t ready to buy a car when I spoke to Theresa initially, I told her that I would not buy from anyone else and I meant it. I just finalized the purchase and I couldn’t be happier! I have 2 toddlers at home and a busy job with limited time to be at the dealership so Theresa and Maria made sure the process was expedited for me and had much of what I needed to finalize done and ready for me when I arrived.
