She was very knowledgeable about all we asked and very professional and just so pleasant to be around she is the reason we decided to go ahead and to get another car from vw of Brandon. 2 year update - I should’ve known out of sight out of mind. At the dealership today to get my 2 year service and I find out the tire rotation, once again, is not on my account or noted as was promised ba mind. I had it in 2022 when I came in for my 1-year and now at my 2-year suddenly it’s gone. The headache continues - promised something - it happens temporarily and then the problem resurfaces. Their service department is fantastic but everything else is inconsistent at best. — Got my second key and got to the bottom of several issues. Ultimately, the team on site was friendly and worked to resolve all the issues that had been building up. What impressed me most was the ultimate owning and fixing of the issues I’d been encountering. More
