The owners need to get Jackie Chan out of his office because he’s a filthy liar. I swear on my life if I didn’t need a car right there and then and didn’t have a far drive, I wouldn’t have bought anything from there because of him. More

Our family has been purchasing used/new Toyotas for the last 3 generations. This will be the last time. We purchased a used 2023 car from the sales representative Maria last year. Less than a week of havin last 3 generations. This will be the last time. We purchased a used 2023 car from the sales representative Maria last year. Less than a week of having the car we noticed it would shake when being driven above 50mph, a notification for a battery charging malfunction also showed up. When brought in we were told the wheels were not properly aligned when it was sold to us. We were not given a good explanation or resolution about the battery notification. Eight months later the notification started occurring and we were told we needed to replace the battery despite the car being less than 2 years old. We paid for the replacement and the notification occurred again less than an hour after being “fixed”. This time we’re told it’s the alternator that needs to be replaced. After this we declined their service as I found the service department to be unreliable. It seems like they don’t understand how their own products function. We have never had these issues early on with our other Toyotas. It seems like the quality and reliability of their cars is lacking, as well as their services. We will be looking at other car brands in the future. More

I purhcased a used car from Maria, and dthe paperwork for the purchase was handled by the dealership's financial manager (name unknown) . All documents related to the sale were encoded when delivered, requir the purchase was handled by the dealership's financial manager (name unknown) . All documents related to the sale were encoded when delivered, requiring a password to open them. I never got the password and phone inquiries in the interim have not been responsive to the need for that password. More
