My visit to the Lincoln of Wayne was as expected. it was necessary however to make my appointment several weeks in advance to assure my appointment. The only glitch I encountered was with the complime it was necessary however to make my appointment several weeks in advance to assure my appointment. The only glitch I encountered was with the complimentary car wash. It was originally scheduled for being completed at 12:30 PM but due to a clerical it wasn’t started till 1:30 PM. This made me late for my afternoon appointment. But otherwise service was excellent. More

Was completely incompetent and not helpful at all… and that’s being polite. Stay away from this dealer and Lincoln. If spending more than 70k stick to the more luxury brands.
