DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! !!!! Worst experience I ever had with a Service Department at a dealership! Nobody would get back to me or my husband. We dropped off car on a Monda !!!! Worst experience I ever had with a Service Department at a dealership! Nobody would get back to me or my husband. We dropped off car on a Monday morning (NOTE we had a scheduled appointment) I called and left several messages inquiring about status of car. It is a brand new Jeep and it needed a diagnostic to be run as a "service transmission " warning kept appearing. Since nobody returned our call AFTER 3 DAYS we had to physically go to dealership to get answers. I did not get any answers, I was denied copies of paper work, person wouldn't even let me take a photo of my paperwork. I don't think they ran diagnostic. I was totally disregarded. Since my Jeep is under warrantee as it is brand new and had about 400 miles on it, they weren't making any money on the service appointment so they just didn't want to do anything...not really sure why they acted this way? .All I wanted was a return phone call with status of my car. No excuse for being treated this way. AWFUL AWFUL way to run a business!!!!!! I am sorry to have to write this review but I don't want people to go through what I did. Just sad!!!!! More

Completely agree that this service rep does not treat any of the customers appropriately. She speaks down to them. She negatively patronizes when managing a situation. She always argues. I had a great experience at Rockland Jeep! I worked with Nicole, and she was amazing—super professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I actually travel 30 minutes just to come to Rockland Jeep because they truly go above and beyond. Highly recommend! More

I traveled to Rockland Chrysler Jeep Ram for an AC service. I had to travel back twice within one week. The final trip I was told after 24+ hours with my vehicle the mechanics couldn’t find the issue. service. I had to travel back twice within one week. The final trip I was told after 24+ hours with my vehicle the mechanics couldn’t find the issue. I had to call numerous times to speak with my advisor Brendan or an operator. Only to still not be serviced. Afterwards, I went to a local mechanic shop only to find that all my car needed was freon. Which further proves that my vehicle was not even properly diagnosed with it being stored about 30 hours. Now my AC is working but no thank you to Rockland Dodge. I am highly disappointed with the communication and lack of service. More
