Kevin Leahy was outstanding. However, I have an issue with being charged a $295 diagnostic charge up front. The problem isn't so much about the $295, but the fact that my repair However, I have an issue with being charged a $295 diagnostic charge up front. The problem isn't so much about the $295, but the fact that my repair ended up being a blown fuse (probably a $50 repair). In the end, they still charged me $295 for the service/repair. They even made me pay for the part (extra $12 dollars....lmao). This is Highway robbery at its best. I understand charging a diagnostic up front. For repairs that require more work, that diagnostic will be credited back to you. It also prevents clients from getting a free diagnosis and then going elsewhere to get the vehicle fixed. I wouldn't want to put work into something and not get paid. Firestone 100% would not have done that. In the end, Kevin did give me a $20 credit which I am grateful for, but please do not take your car there unless you know what the issue is, and that the repair will cost more than $295. Sorry, but I have to make this known. Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge of Rockland (and especially the management) dropped the ball here, and they look bad for doing it More

My car went in for a 4 wheel drive warning light. The car was dropped off on Thursday night for a Friday appointment. No one called to update me at all on Friday I had to call Saturday afternoon and The car was dropped off on Thursday night for a Friday appointment. No one called to update me at all on Friday I had to call Saturday afternoon and was told they weren’t sure what was wrong or how long they would have the car. I don’t get another call until Monday morning stating that they found the problem and have to order a part but have no time frame when that part will come in or the repair will be done. I was advised I was not allowed to come take my car while they wait for the part to come in. No one follows up Tuesday then all of a sudden Wednesday I get a text saying my car is ready. I take my car home and a few days later I notice that there is a very distinct rubbing noise coming from under the car when I turn right. I call to make an appointment to have the car looked at and I am first told they are far too busy and the noise “doesn’t mean anything”. Then about an hour later they call and tell me to bring the car over to them. I bring the car in and they discover the heat shield was bent and they fixed it. When I picked up my car no one was able to find it in the system and now about 5 days later I still have not received my receipt for the second service. I was originally working with a sales rep about purchasing a new wrangler but after this entire experience I will have to seriously reconsider that decision. More
