I have always been a fan until my last visit to the service department. I spent an hour setting up appointments to find out that I was no dealing with the dealership directly. When we arrived for our appointment, the service writer knew nothing about us coming, was very rude, and made my wife feel stupid. I called the "call center" again, and they were rude also. What happened to quality customer service. This was terrible. More

This place is a joke! Never ever ever buy from here as you will just be a number. I know it’s expected but if you want service and quality, go to Dave Sinclair. I sold the car I purchased after 94 days of owning it just so I didn’t have to. Deal with BOMMARITO HONDA anymore. Buyer beware! More

Hard to get promised warranty refund I bought a few Honda cars from this place, one of them was used certified minivan, Honda Odyssey. While finishing up paperwork with finance guy I was I bought a few Honda cars from this place, one of them was used certified minivan, Honda Odyssey. While finishing up paperwork with finance guy I was offered great (as described) extended warranty which would be partially(50%) reimbursed after warranty expired if it wasn't used. I usually don't buy those but decided to get this one, just in case. It was my first used car in many years and I wanted some piece of mind. At the end of the term I called and was told that I need to call after it actually expired. So I did that in November as warranty expired in October 2018. Nobody either answered my directed by receptionist calls or returned my voice mail since. I recently had a chat with customer service and promised they'll get someone to contact me. Hasn't happened yet. They used to live me voice mail once in a while asking me to come for a service so I'm sure they have my number. Very frustrating... More

Excellent Service Margo was Awesome ! I thought my repairs were going to be outrageous! She then checked her system only to find out that I purchased Extended Warranty Margo was Awesome !
