service sucks. got lost arrived late 5:05 was told the shop is closed 2 guys ignoring me at front desk playing with their phones finally I interrupted asked was i a got lost arrived late 5:05 was told the shop is closed 2 guys ignoring me at front desk playing with their phones finally I interrupted asked was i at the wrong door they said closed and any way I would have to make an appoint for an oil change. I had some questions after 5 they only sell cars. Next day called for service the nice woman said each and every thing l had a question, each item would require a different appointment (what!!) she took my phone number and a service manager would call back, 3 hours later no call back. I thing I bought the WRONG car. More

Absolutely great service experiences over the last 2yrs. Would recommend Wilkins to anyone for Mazda service.
