The sales tactics used are suspect. The people are nice but be wary of their sales tactics as they aren’t transparent as you would think for a Mercedes dealer. Do not agree to any alternative options they suggest. Stick to your gut on negotiation as they will use corner lot sales tactics to persuade. For a Mercedes dealer they are not trustworthy.
