Marcus is the GOAT! After a terrible experience at a dealership that my family and I have been loyal to for years, we are SO happy we crossed paths with Mr. Shackleford! He helped us secure a brand new dealership that my family and I have been loyal to for years, we are SO happy we crossed paths with Mr. Shackleford! He helped us secure a brand new Sienna in the exact model and color we hoped for! He always kept us updated and answered any questions we had. Also, Mr. Bernard (so sorry if I misspelled your name) from Finance!
