He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Grenadier, and helpful in deciding between options, packages, colors, etc. He was never pushy, and felt more like a consultant who often reflected my interests even when I was sure that it would probably have been easier to not do so. He was a great communicator, and the financial aspects were well explained and exactly matched my expectations based on the build configurator tool. Can’t recommend him enough. More

Talked on the phone a few times and signed all the documents the day before. I showed up handed off a check and walked out with my new Grenadier in less than 30 minutes. I didn't think it was possible to purchase a car that fast, but even the phone calls were short and to the point. I wish all my vehcile purchases could be handled as well as Crown does. More
