We had an excellent experience with Brandon! He went above and beyond to help us. We just moved to NC from OH! There was an issue with insurance and our new NC State Farm agent didn't reply to any of our messages. Brandon was able to secure insurance through another source and got us into our new vehicle. In my opinion, this dealership needs more employees in the finance dept. More

After much research, I found a car that greatly interested me and visited the dealership to see it, drive it. Awesome leasing experience with Audi Charlotte! Can’t say enough about the wealth of experience and knowledge of Salesman, Max Montoya. I hope that he is the person I deal with as my lease expires! I drove from Columbia to Charlotte to purchase a vehicle since I had lost my car in an accident last week. Daniel knew in advance of my arrival, greeted me and took great care of me!
