Our salesman was very helpful and easy to deal with. My con, not understanding why it would take so long to buy. I was pre-approved and was still there from 5 o’clock to 9 o’clock at night. My sales team was great, Jason was beyond helpful and exemplifies the highest standards of customer service. With my unique position he was more then knowledgeable and even helped during his time off. My exemplifies the highest standards of customer service. My only negative experience was with a check signed it took me 3 hours to take possession of my new purchase. The slowest part was waiting on the office people to print my paperwork and send me on the way. I spoke directly to the finance guy and was shrugged off when i had a 56k check in hand. This aspect of customer service i feel needs to be addressed. There isnt a single reason a cash customer should have to wait that long. Outside of a 16 hour purchase time frame. I felt jason really made the differnce of this deal working. If he wasnt so knowledgeable and helpful i would have taken my buisness elsewhere. Im not sure what kind of program system the company uses but there are definitely some areas on the computer program that could use attention as well. Great clean place and overall enjoyed my sales team!!! Thank you More

Fist of all the sales department is amazing and this has nothing to do with them, it’s just the service department. I feel like the service department don’t know what they are doing , my radio head unit was nothing to do with them, it’s just the service department. I feel like the service department don’t know what they are doing , my radio head unit was having problems. They didn’t know what was going on. They never fixed the problem. My vehicle was there fo 8 hours so I decided to just retrieve my car. Also when I first called to asked questions about my new car, Nate, my service advisor was oblivious about everything and telling me the wrong information about my car. I asked him how to break in the engine , he told me I don’t need to, and that I can’t drive my car when it’s rainy outside. Then when I corrected him he just said he doesn’t work with those cars Very often. I just don’t feel comfortable leaving my car in the hands of people that don’t know what’s going on. Anyways after I came to retrieve my car, he said that I will get less apps then before and that it’s my choice if I want to take the car now or just get the rental but if I do get it now I’ll have less applications on the radio. More
