The finance manager was not friendly after we declined all the overpriced warranty add-ons and gap insurance. Didn’t want to give us a fair trade-in price on our car. We ended up selling our car and then they hit us with $1000 up charge because we didn’t have a trade-in. Won’t be back, plenty of other dealers. More

This dealer has the arrogance to try to charge $2000 in dealer and admin fees for the “privilege” of doing business with them. Then they seriously low ball you on your trade in and act like they are bendin dealer and admin fees for the “privilege” of doing business with them. Then they seriously low ball you on your trade in and act like they are bending over backwards for you when they agree to give just under the Kbb low range of the trade in estimate for your car. To top it off, they put a used car on their lot priced at nearly $35000 with worn out tires and try to convince you they are good by showing the inaccurate tire depth measurement from their shop. I’ll never do business with this dealer again. More

Buyer beware. Find another dealer. Run, don walk away. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Called about a car that had been on their website and others fo Find another dealer. Run, don walk away. Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Called about a car that had been on their website and others for several days. Was told, “ We just got that and it hasn’t been thru service yet.” So you take cars on trade and post them for sale before you inspect them? Sounds weird, but okay. Get there and drive the car. Obvious noise from the rear axle tells me the wheel bearing is blown. Plus the muffler rattled like crazy. Clear that they never even drove it. We decide to move forward and write up a deal subject to mechanic’s inspection. Then I find out they want a $1500 fee for “added equipment” which is just a crappy warranty that is only good at their shop. Plus $499 for a documentation fee. Don’t pay these fees, they only exist so they can waive them and make you feel like you’re getting a good deal by only paying the STICKER price. After they waive the B.S. fees, we agree on a price and I put a $500 deposit down. I am told that since it is now sold, it will be the top priority for the service department. This is on Monday, they don’t even look at it until Wednesday and fix nothing. I am told that they want me to have my mechanic look it over before they do anything else. This is code for, “we found a bunch more problems that we don’t want to fix. Maybe you won’t find them.” Well we found them. Too many more to list. We stopped looking after the bill eclipsed $5k. Brought the car back, demanded my deposit be returned. They can’t find my paperwork. They promise to mail me a check. Almost a week later, they still haven’t found it and Marcus texts me wanting to know if the check cleared yet. After I caught Marcus lying to me multiple times, I decide to contact the GM. Big surprise the GM is out of the office. I ask to speak to whoever is in charge and they send the call to Mario. He tells me the check was deposited, then changes his story moments later and says they shredded the check along with my paperwork. Then Mario lies to me and says he never told me it was deposited. These slime xxxxx are unorganized, incompetent liars and terrible salesmen. Never buy from this dealer!! More

Horrible experience in dealing with sales manager. I tried to get out the door pricing prior to arriving with little success. Showed up to drive the car knowing what the internet price was. After 3 h I tried to get out the door pricing prior to arriving with little success. Showed up to drive the car knowing what the internet price was. After 3 hours of negotiating on price we ended at the already established internet price after I refused to buy their ridiculous 1495 protection package. complete waste of my 3 hours when it could have been done in 10 minutes had they simply honored their internet pricing instead of trying to gouge me for more money. The sales manager even told me he was losing 5700 on this deal. My response was, then why did you put that pricing on the internet. Feels a little like deceptive marketing tactics. Oh and then even better when we started talking financing. I had planned to pay it off at first payment but the sales manager tried to convince me to do a 72 month instead so they would get more money from the bank. Then the finance manager said we needed to make at least . 4 payments, even though the paperwork clearly state there is no penalty for early payoff, so the dealership would get their kickback. All around seems shady. More
