It was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I have given the rating because everyone showed me they wanted to put me in a car. They showed determination. Marcus was very friendly. Not shabby at all! Young guy rolled up on lot with a junked focus, smoke coming out of the hood. The whole dealership nightmare package right? They didn't see it that way though, I was greeted by Marcus and treated like a human being one to another. No real pressure, despite looking like a lost puppy going in Marcus was very courteous and worked with me till the deed was done. Felt like I've bought cars there for years. 10/10 would buy again!
