I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Nissan Armada from Scott Clark Honda, and I cannot speak highly enough about their customer service. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through the entire purchasing process with patience. What truly stood out to me was their consistent follow-up after the sale. The team ensured that I was satisfied with my new vehicle and addressed any questions I had, making me feel valued as a customer. Nothing spoken at signing is included. I was told I had extended maintenance which I do not have. The sales and finance managers verbal statements do not match the contract. Tire rotation is included wherever I purchase tires - but not for me at Scott Clark Honda. At signing , I was told I could split payments- I can’t. I’m so uphappy with the car, service, financing and contract. More

Worst customer experience ever! !!!! I connected with Mari regarding a very specific Accord. They had one coming in and she promised to follow-up once it arrived. She did and I went !!!! I connected with Mari regarding a very specific Accord. They had one coming in and she promised to follow-up once it arrived. She did and I went in same day to see it. I didn’t expect the paint damage and scratches along the passenger side, so she mentioned it would be going into the repair shop. So, the next day I reached out and at that time she, JR and I came to an agreement on the OTD price. I told them I would be there the next morning at 11:30am (it was around 5pm that day) to put my $500 deposit down to hold the car so I could inspect the repairs before purchasing the vehicle. Next day, I’m literally in-route from Concord to Independence and at 8mins from my arrival window I told them both, I called Mari to let her know I was on my way. She then tells me the car sold. Really?!?!? So, 1) why hadn’t she called me bc she knew where I was traveling from 2) I gave an estimated time that I was coming, why not honor that 3) why not call me to do the deposit over the phone 4) the GM, Marcus Nicholson has a policy about “first come, first serve”…again…I had been in touch with Mari about the week before the car even arrived, so yeah!! I emailed Marcus to express my frustration and guess what…no response. This dealership is an absolute joke!!! But it all worked out bc I just purchased the Touring model in the color I originally wanted - their loss! 🤷🏽♀️😁 More

Helwig Stewart and the management team at Scott Clark Honda were amazing. Not only did they go above and beyond, but it was a safe, comfortable, and pain free transaction. Helwig was knowledgeable about Honda were amazing. Not only did they go above and beyond, but it was a safe, comfortable, and pain free transaction. Helwig was knowledgeable about the vehicle and listened to exactly what I was looking for. He accommodated our schedule and was just an overall great person to get to know.
