Sale price online was not honored when I went into the dealer. It was a difference of about $5,000. Also I was told that if I go through the dealer for financing I would get $1,000 OFF the total balance w dealer. It was a difference of about $5,000. Extra warranties and other coverage was added that I specifically told them I don’t want. This was the worse dealer experience I have ever had. I have bought many many vehicles through dealership in the past. I will never be coming back to this dealer. More

Very easy and seamless purchase experience. James Cavitalo ordered the exact truck I wanted and made my wife and I, a fair deal. Signing the paperwork in the finance office was very efficient. We would have appreciated an actual delivery on the truck however. There are many infotainment features that differ from the vehicle I traded in, that we would have liked to be demonstrated on how they work/setup. Other than that, the truck is a nice improvement over the old one. Will buy again from CDJR of Leesburg for sure. Highly recommend. More
