We had a few major issues working with Ken Garff Honda Riverdale. 1) While negotiating the sale with the Gen. Sales Manager, Marcus, over text messages he offered a good deal on the new car and our tr Riverdale. 1) While negotiating the sale with the Gen. Sales Manager, Marcus, over text messages he offered a good deal on the new car and our trade-in, but when I asked what I thought was a legitimate question about the numbers he had presented he got kind of rude and told me he didn't have time to go back and forth on a deal he's losing money on. Kind of a 'take it or leave it' attitude that made me question whether or not I wanted to buy from this dealership at all. 2) On the day of purchase our salesman, Mario, seemed much more interested in a college football game on the lobby TV than in really helping us or getting the sales process over quickly. He kept disappearing for 10-15 minutes at a time and we could hear him shouting about the game. He would then return and tell us we'll probably be out of there in about 20 minutes, then disappear again to watch the game. We sat in his office alone for about an hour in total. He finally rushed in, grabbed his things, and said his wife wanted him to come home and someone else would finish up, then again just left us sitting in his office waiting. I finally had to walk around trying to find who was going to finish the sale so we could leave with our new car. 3) When I met with Isaac to finalize financing and sign documents the various warranty/protection options were rushed through so quickly I didn't really understand what I was looking at on the iPad or what the options truly were. At the end I felt railroaded, steered towards options that were the most profitable to the dealership/Honda. Had more time been allowed and the protection options explained more thoroughly I probably would have selected differently. As it is we are stuck with what the financer pushed. All three of these issues resulted in a less than pleasant sales experience. Although we are very happy with the vehicle we purchased we would not recommend Ken Garff Honda Riverdale to anyone. More

He explained the entire process to me and made sure I understood the data he was utilizing to make the offer, which really put me at ease and helped me to make the best decision for me and my family. On top of that, there were no "gotcha" tactics, hidden fees, or undue pressure to buy/sell from Jordan- things that I think everyone can appreciate. TLDR: if you're looking to buy or sell a car, I highly recommend Ken Garff Honda Riverdale. Be sure to ask for Jordan! More

Marcus and Zach were awesome. Saw a vehicle called up and the communication was amazing. Full transparency and straight forward. He returned every call and text in lightning speed. He never hesitated to answer any questions asked. He followed through on every things he said he would do and I’m grateful for that. My wife felt good about the experience from the moment she went and saw Marcus and from there it was smooth and seamless. It wasn’t just a sell for him, it was listening and earning trust and pointing out every detail that may have been a concern. The car had just been traded in and it was dirty as expected but Marcus didn’t hesitate to point out any imperfection that was being hidden by it being dirty. So my wife and I just felt good that there was nothing be hidden. One thing unique about the entire situation is this. Marcus isn’t a sales person. He is the General sales manager. So kudos for not throwing us a key. But rather taking the time to really help us make the best decision and making sure it was the right car for my wife. Thank you for being awesome. If you want a top notch experience. Low pressure, full transparency and no hidden xx and most of all treated like a person and not just a sell, Go see Marcus and Zach.
