An outstanding representative of Gorges, always going way above to help me find the vehicle I am looking for and then following through with the aspects of service after purchase. Very thorough in making sure the right vehicle is presented because he knows his customers. Mike is definitely not the typical automotive sales individual. Very low key and really works for the customer. Mike is backed by the best dealership I have worked with - from management as well as service (which is great). Their service has kept me on the road while averaging approximately 50,000 miles per year. Definitely recommend Mike to everyone looking to purchase either a new or previously owned vehicle. More

Great experience Working with everyone at Gorges has been super easy. From the first appointment to the last where I picked up my new car (that I absolutely love!!), t Working with everyone at Gorges has been super easy. From the first appointment to the last where I picked up my new car (that I absolutely love!!), the sales staff and managers were friendly, knowledgeable, and very clearly listened to what I wanted (and didn’t want). There was zero pushing for added benefits - once I said I didn’t want a specific feature, it was left alone, which, in my experience, is extremely rare when purchasing a car. I picked up my car on Friday morning and then had a very minor issue on Sunday evening around 6 pm. I texted Mike and expected a response Monday morning, but instead I received a call back about 3 minutes later. Absolutely amazing service. I’d recommend Gorges Volvo to everyone. More
