Marcus was a breath of fresh air, professional, listened, explained answers to my questions and assisted with other items during the trade in and purchase of my new Kia Sportage 2025 traded in my 2023 Kia Sp explained answers to my questions and assisted with other items during the trade in and purchase of my new Kia Sportage 2025 traded in my 2023 Kia Sportage paid my existing loan off better interest rate and shorter payment term. Marcus spent a lot of time with us from beginning to end from test drive, financing and delivery also went with us to fill our new vehicle with gas paid for by dealership. This purchase went a lot faster than it did the first time when I purchased my 2023. I would recommend Marcus if you are looking for a new vehicle and will recommend him in the future. The only reason I did not give dealership a 5 star was from the previous experience I had with the purchase of my 2023 which at that time would have been 3 stars but this trip received an additional star keep up the improvements next time will be 5 stars. I want to mention Jorge from service department always takes my phone calls concerning my vehicle and gets me in and out in a timely manner when it is time for service of said vehicle. More
