Took the car in to be repainted, they said it would be ready in 3 weeks. I called multiple times to inquire on the date promised. I had to drive to the dealership because nobody answered the phone. Savann ready in 3 weeks. I called multiple times to inquire on the date promised. I had to drive to the dealership because nobody answered the phone. Savanna told me it would be ready on the next Thursday and she will call. Thursday and Friday came and no call. Attempted to call again, no answer. Tried to get through via automated system, transferred several times. Drive to the dealership again around 4:30 she was gone. Asst service manager called and said it would be ready Friday. Not ready on Friday. She called at 3:30 Monday asking could I be there before 5. I work nights, so no. I finally get it Tuesday. I looked at the paint and it’s 2 different colors, the weather stripping is torn around all doors, paint on the armrest, on the dome light, and the clear coat on the doors was removed. I asked the service manager Phil Lasalla (ain’t 💩)come look at the issues he said that it was normal for the paint to be different colors, the white paint is from ppl resting their arms against it. I asked him to explain why the clear coat wasn’t replaced, he said they didn’t replace after market items. I told him that I didn’t put them on, the are a protective firm that came from the factory. How can you be the service manager and not know this. He was a real xxxxxxx about my complaints and walked away. It’s cool, they are out of more money that they know. Ain’t no fun when the rabbit got the gun. I will not be going back to them for anything. More

Service was great as always. James did a great job getting hard to find parts. Kevin and Jerry are very efficient and ensure everything is done quickly and correct. I was very dissatisfied with technician that pulled my car out and around to bay for pickup. Not only did he gas it so hard once he did it twice. Excellent and Outstanding Justin Roberts in the Service Department at Gray Daniel Toyota has done an excellent job meeting my maintenance needs with my 2005 and 2011 Avalon, 20 Justin Roberts in the Service Department at Gray Daniel Toyota has done an excellent job meeting my maintenance needs with my 2005 and 2011 Avalon, 2015 Sienna Van and my 2015 Tundra. He has been spot on addressing my concerns with the performance of my vehicles and the recommended services. He keeps his word and deliver on his promises. It is very comforting and reassuring to know that you can trust the service person and dealership to get it right. I am a disable veteran, care giver for my two adult nieces and I travel a lots.
